Artist “Buddy” Moss

January 16, 1914 – October 19, 1984
imagesEugene “Buddy” Moss was consider by many blues scholars as one of two most influential East Coast blues guitarists to record during Blind Blake’s final sessions in 1932 and Blind Boy Fuller’s debut in 1935. Some of Buddy Moss most popular tunes include: In the Evening, I’m Sittin’, Here Tonight, Hard Times, Shake It All Night Long, and Thousand Woman Blues.
Buddy Moss isn’t still with us today to share his great sound but the legacy lives on with the release of this awesome new “Blues Classic” CD following musicians like Big Billy Broonzy, Blind Willie McTell, Charley Patton, Memphis Slim and lots of others. The CD has 23 tracks of Buddy Moss best songs.
We salute you Buddy Moss and we thank you for bringing us such great Atlanta Country Blues!
